Climbed a Volcano Today – Mount Aso
Hence the pained expression on my face. I don’t do scared, but I was scared.
The last major eruption was 27,000 years ago, and yes—it’s still active. Just a drop in the ocean in geological terms.
I filmed part of the climb but haven’t had time to review it yet. The funniest part? About an hour after I finished the climb, the mist cleared—and the sun shone.
